By creating an account, submitting a lead/enquiry, enrolling in a course, making a payment, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Services. Enrollment may require prerequisites or screening to ensure batch fit and learning outcomes.

Fees & Taxes: Course fees shown are in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Payments: We use trusted payment partners; we do not store full card details.
Refunds/Deferrals: Refund or batch‑deferral requests are honored within the time window announced for each course (or as per enrollment mail). Processing fees may apply.
Non‑transferable: Enrollments are personal and cannot be sold or transferred.
Attendance: Minimum attendance and assignment submission may be required for certification.

Maintain professional behavior in class, labs, forums and chats. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, sharing exam answers, or disrupting sessions may lead to removal without refund.

During enrollment, BBSEdTech grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access course materials (videos, PDFs, code, labs) solely for learning. Re‑uploading, re‑selling, public sharing or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

We provide resume/LinkedIn guidance, mock interviews, and job alerts via our network. We do not guarantee employment; outcomes depend on market factors and your performance.

We may update batch timings, mentors, or delivery mode (online/classroom) for academic or operational reasons. We will notify you in advance and offer reasonable alternatives when possible.

Certificates of completion are awarded subject to meeting attendance, assignment and assessment criteria.

All content, trademarks, logos and software are the property of BBSEdTech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

If you submit assignments, projects or feedback, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, display and share anonymized work samples for educational/marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

Our website or labs may link to external sites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBSEdTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the course giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBSEdTech, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or non‑payment. Upon termination, your license to course materials ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage resolving issues amicably; please contact us first.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you via the site or email.
